Hard Way, The (1991)
Nick Lang is a famous actor, well know for his action movies. For the next film he needs the proper motivation and inspiration for his roll. Thus he teams up with the reluctant N.Y. cop John Moss. Not only does he have to put up with Nick who is laborious and out of touch with realities, but he also has to catch a cold-blooded murderer.
Top Gun (1986)
Maverick is a hot pilot. When he encounters a pair of MiGs over the Persian Gulf, his wingman is clearly outflown and freaks. On almost no fuel, Maverick is able to talk him back down to the Carrier. When his wingman turns in his wings, Maverick is moved up in the standings and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School. There he fights the attitudes of the other pilots and an old story of his father’s death in combat that killed others due to his father’s error. Maverick struggles to be the best pilot, stepping on the toes of his other students and in a different way to Charlie, a civilian instructor to whom he is strongly attracted.
American Pie 2 (2001)

Ladder 49 (2004)

Mean Machine (2001)
Disgraced ex-England captain (Danny ‘Mean Machine’ Meehan) is thrown in jail for assaulting two police officers. Whilst in jail, he doesn’t recieve any favours because of his celebrity status in the outside world. He is out numbered and many prisoners constantly barrage him with insults for letting down his country in a crucial World Cup game. He keeps his head down and has the opportunity to forget everything and change the lives of the prisoners. These prisoners have the chance to put one over the evil guards. The prisoners are lead by Danny and the whole of the prison, guards aside, are behind them. Game on……
Point Break (1991)
In the coastal town of Los Angeles, a gang of bank robbers call themselves the ex-presidents. commit their crimes while wearing masks of ex-presidents Reagan, Carter, Nixon and Johnson. The F.B.I. believes that the members of the gang could be surfers and send young agent Johnny Utah undercover at the beach to mix with the surfers and gather information. Utah meets surfer Bodhi and gets drawn into the lifestyle of his new friend.

Around the World in 80 Days (2004)
This version of the classic novel set in 1872 focuses on Passepartout (Chan), a Chinese thief who steals a valuable jade Buddha and then seeks refuge in the traveling companionship of an eccentric London inventor and adventurer, Phileas Fogg (Coogan), who has taken on a bet with members of his gentlemens’ club that he can make it around the world in a mere 80 days, using a variety of means of transportation, like boats, trains, balloons, elephants, etc. Along the way, Passepartout uses his amazing martial arts abilities to defend Fogg from the many dangers they face.. One major threat to their adventure is a detective that’s following them. Why? Just as Fogg and Passeportout left London, a major bank was robbed, with Fogg suspected of using the “around the world” trip as an excuse to escape.. Their path from London and back includes stops in Paris, Turkey, India, China and USA…
Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004)
Peter LaFleur is a charismatic underachiever and proprietor of a rundown gym called Average Joe’s. The facility’s ecclectic clientele of decidedly less-than-average Joes is comprised of: a self-styled pirate; a scrawny nerd who dreams of impressing an unattainable cheerleader; an obsessive aficionado of obscure sports; a dim-witted young man; and a cocky know-it-all who, of course, really knows nothing. Peter’s humble gym catches the eye of White Goodman, the power-mullet-sporting, Fu-Manchu-d, egomaniacal owner of Globo Gym, a gleaming monolith of fitness. White intends to take over Average Joe’s, and Peter’s non-existent bookkeeping is making it all too easy for him. A foreclosing bank has stationed attorney Kate Veatch inside Average Joe’s to finalize Globo’s takeover of the gym.
